Both cabins are furnished with phone, satellite television, unlimited hot water heating, and heat pump.  All linens are provided.  If you require more towels please ask main house. Please do not wash towels with bleach.These cabins are bordered by the east fork river on two sides, and a mountain and streamlet on the other two sides. These cabins are ideal for seclusion and meditation.

Group vacation rental $525 per night for all units
3 night min or $3,150 for 7 days. Deposit: $525 (one night stay)

MAIN HOUSE - Completely Renovated.
The house (3br, 3bath and sauna) 2500 sq. ft. It also has 1000 sq. ft of covered deck on front and back. The infrared sauna, complete with CD player is located in the master bedroom.

Main House:
$300 / night with 4 night minimum,
or $1800 / week

3br 2ba 7-8 (not individual) (washer/dryer satellite tv, 3 decks, outdoor barbecue, separate living and dining rooms, private lagoon and 3/4 acre pond with Bass and Brim, no limit and no charge). Sleeps 7 including air bed.



Rental Policies

* Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m.

* Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.   There will be a late check out fee of $15 per hour after 11:00. Please return key to designated spot.

* Between June 1 and October 31, any cancellation notice 7 days or less prior to reservation will result in lost deposit.

N.C. state sales tax of 10% added to all lodging.


All rentals require a deposit.
We will hold your reservation on your Visa or MasterCard.
Deposit of $300 per house reserved, $150 per cabin reserved, or $425 for group (all units) per week stay (included $100 cleaning deposit) will hold reservation.   For rentals of one
week or longer, a 50% deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is 14 days or less. The rental fee is payable in full upon arrival.

An additional non-refundable pet deposit of $25 will be required if you plan to bring a pet. $40 for two pets.

Check-out Policy

Please leave dirty towels on floor.  Please do not wash towels with bleech.  Unfortunately more than once well meaning people have used bleech and we have had to charge them for the towels being ruined.  Strip beds, leave dirty dishes in dishwasher. Please take trash to main house and leave on back deck by the re-cycle center bins by garage.

Cancellations

If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded in full  if cancellation occurs prior to 30 days from date of reservation.  If cancellation occurs less than 30 days from date of reservation, no deposit refund will be made.



Caution:
Mountain trails are for people with good balance not a risk for falling. There is poison oak, ivy and sumac along the trails. If these are a concern for you, don't go to the mountains.

Raven Cliff Falls: Highest waterfall in South Carolina, tumbles 400 feet as Matthews Creek descends to The Dismal in the Mountain Bridge Wilderness. Located in Caesars Head State Park, the trail to the falls is a moderate 2.2 mile hike.

Jones Gap: Moderate hike along the Middle Saluda river that stretches between Jones Gap State Park and Caesars Head State Park. The trail can be hiked from either direction, with many interesting side trails.

Dupont State Forest: More than 10,000 acres of forest, trails, and waterfalls between Hendersonville and Brevard, North Carolina.

El Lieutenant: Spectacular 300-foot granite face on Bill Kimball Trail, cascades along Jones Gap Trail.

Pisgah/Nantahala and Oconee National Forests: Spectacular areas for hiking, fishing, boating, and white-water rafting with world-renowned biodiversity - all within 45 minutes.
